Large floral design costume brooch pin set with a faceted simulated orange Citrine glass stone.
Dating from around the 1950’s, the pin is secured by a safety catch that fully closes. The stone is held into the setting with 5 claws and the background has a flowing gilded petal design.
The brooch measures 5.5cm in diameter and the centre stone is 2.8cm. This is a very elegant accessory and of good quality and design.
Due to it’s weight, it would be more suitable for a heavier item of clothing.
