Items can be returned for a refund under the ‘distance selling’ rules. Please contact Honey Lane Antiques by email within 14 days of receipt of the item to advise. The item must be returned at your expense within 14 days of notification. It is recommended that the returned item is sent tracked and insured. A refund will be expedited within 14 days of receiving the item back in the same condition that it was sent, less postage costs.
Please note every effort is taken to ensure photographs accurately represent the item offered for sale. Due to differences in monitor settings and certain internet pages, on occasion images may not be an exact match in brightness, colour or contrast to the actual item.
All items are securely packaged, insured and sent by 1st Class Signed For within the UK and would usually be despatched within 2 working days of purchase. Jewellery over the value of £200 is sent by Special Delivery, tracked and insured. Postage elsewhere in the world would also carry insurance and tracking.
