9ct Rose Gold Seed Pearl Bar Brooch

Description

This Edwardian period 9ct Rose Gold Seed Pearl bar brooch with safety chain dates from around 1910.

Five slightly graduated seed pearls sit in the centre of a scroll atop the rose gold frame. The 9ct gold hallmark is on a small square plaque on the hinge of the pin. It fastens securely but has the added security of a safety chain attached. The safety chain is gold plated but this can easily be changed to a 9ct safety chain. It’s being listed as it was originally acquired.

It measures 5cm in length and the circle beneath the pearls is 1.5cm.

The display box is not included but the item will be despatched in a suitable gift box.
